First really coldest place any player can go to. Other cold places are Misty Mountains, Wildermoors (Rohan), Foundations of Stone (depths of Moria), and probably Mt. Gundabad. Maybe some others I don't know about yet, but I've noticed there's a specially cold region in almost every large chart of the Middle Earth map. I personally reckon the truly coldest places are Forochel and Wildermoors, because they are affected by a supernatural or magical cold. I mean, if the people of Forochel, who are used to the normal cold, are concerned with the cold...you know something is amiss.
