i'm trying to graw my focus span so i'm starting from the basics : 10/3 and hopefully one day i'll be able to do the 120/10 and even go on flow mode ( exp: 4h no break 🤭🤭 imagine the productivity) when i won't need much of pomodoro!! step by step!! thank you so very very much

are you still following this i think 10/3 is best to revise some chapter under 10 mins and next 10 mins to just recall everything best techinque to revise complete syllabus before exam dont do 10/3 start from 25/5 this wont help you build focus

@itsaaron6423 dosent matter start with 25/5 And do it till you can focus for 25 mins Most probably you know that focus span of normal human is 25 mins That means you are very much below avg in focus than an normal being Be hard on yourself this 10/3 won't help you grow it will instead set limit of 10 mins in your brain and 25 mins will look like a mountain

@itsaaron6423 best way is set 25 min timer and study with focus till you can and after your focus time ends try to somehow study after that with whatever efficiency you could in 20 days ( max 30) you will be able to focus for 25 mins And after that study will be much easier for you cause now you can get in a flow for 25 mins which will help you cover more stuff in less time the earlier
