They straight lied !! Look at how close the double digit numbers are together. Like this 👉”13”.. that’s what their trying to say it was supposed to be.. but the line is too far to the left to obstruct the 13.. it’s a single “3”.. and they know it .. if it said 13 you would’ve still seen it right next to you would’ve still saw the one next to the three what does that line was there in the way or not… the digits are too close together… and I would’ve took them to court and proved such!

I took a closer look & observed it… All 1s are so close to other second # , except yours. Check the measurement of your winning # & get a lawyer. I’m with U 💯%. This is unjustified. Everybody should donate $1 to fund his case….

That is a big problem in America. A lot of the stores is getting these tickets stealing 😢 the Tickets. And replace it on with fake tickets., This is why the lottery commission has set up a app. Where you can pay ,on your phone with your debit or credit card.
