Lottery ticket-scanning app successful so far

The state lottery's remote ticket scanning feature on its mobile app has been a huge success since it launched two months ago.

I've tried using the app twice. The first time it worked fine with no problems. The second time, I just kept getting error messages saying the ticket couldn't be scanned even though I was doing it the same way both times.

It haven't worked for me. After I take a picture of the front of my ticket and i touch the check mark. It logs me out of the mobile claim
