Mick Jones is the man that formed Foreigner. However, Lou Gramm is the main reason why Foreigner were so incredibly successful. He contributed enormously with songwriting, and his legendary vocal ability took Foreigner to the very top of the rock music world. Lou was the “frontman” of the band and that’s what most of the fans were crazy about. He was untouchable on stage, and the bandmember that the majority of us came to see. We will always love you Lou, good to see that your health has improved, and long may it continue. You certainly have nothing to prove, in our eyes, the greatest voice God has has ever given to rock music. Legend!!!!

I also got to watch Boston when they were just getting started and I was so disappointed in them. Saw them at Arrowhead Stadium in the early eighties and they were awesome! A giant Juke Box blew up after the song ended and it was so cool I will never forget that the rest of my life!

Now, you got all these guys who sound like they're puking up their 12 pack that they downed too fast and the bands beat 3 or 4 chords to death!! No talent anymore!! Foreigner is a REAL ROCK BAND!!! To all you "Vomit Metal Bands" out there, take notes, go back to school, learn how to play, and learn how to sing!!!!

Lou most definitely is a gentleman and a fantastic inventor of great and exciting music. I love Foreigner. I grew up with them and as time went on I got more and more to be huge into their music and Lou's vocals. I knew that a lot of bands I was listening to were heavily influenced by them so I picked up on the Foreigner influences and have been listening to Foreigner for bloody ages.
