✨Hello everyone! Please enjoy my $300 Japanese Apartment Tour. My apartment doesn’t have appliances so I’m renting appliances every month. My Japanese Apartment location is in a Sub urban city so $300/Month is appropriate to the location.

This is so far my personal favorite of Japanese apartment. The placement of rooms (siteplan), the color, and the vibes.. your bedroom's vibe is indeed so cozy, my style perfectly. Love it. Hope you're living a good life.

I can't get over how cheap it is. I used to think living anywhere in Japan was so expensive, but there are things called "apodments" in Seattle that are 160 Sq ft and cost $980 a month. They dont even have sinks in them, or even a restroom. Those are shared on every floor, along with kitchens.

I loveeee that your rooms are all separated by door. For small spaces, I get that open floor plans give you the feeling of more space, but having everything partitioned just makes my brain more relaxed, seems more organized. not a fan of open floor plan for day to day living, only for vacation

Her definition of "a lot" is our definition of "a little" here in the U.S. It's so funny how perspective is based on whatever you're used to. I live simply like she does and everyone here tells me I have such little when I think minimal is better...simplicity brings clarity.

Greed is the difference. Accumulation of things never equates to having. I am as guilty yes. She helps family and really there is strict rules of upkeep in suites where she is. Wise for so young.❤ I am Canadian but know people are too materialistic. Myself also guilty.😢

In America and Canada, we call the mini hole in the door a “peephole”. It’s so you can “peep” (means small but used for another word to look) outside. It’s also called a magic hole or magic eye because you can only see through one side.

You have a lovely home and very cozy. I have watched a few Japanese home tours and mostly in one room. So to have the rooms separate, a bonus. Love how organized you are, obviously keeping only what you need. We have what counts as a small home, so always looking for ideas, yes we do have too much stuff. I think that due to be an older building, gives you the space. Great video. TFS. Xxx

I like your flat, it's very well organised! Here in the UK a property built in the early 90s would not be described as old as many people live in houses that are over 100 years old. My property was built in the early 20th century.

It looks so cozy and just enough space for one person! I also had to look for an apartment recently and it was simply insane...100+ applicants for one apartment in that city and I still have to pay over 800€ a month...and cute small apartments such as these that aren't complete garbage simply don't exist in Germany xD

Here they are $1200 for studios, $1500 and up for one bedroom suites. Houses well it can be $3000 upwards. In Vancouver suites are the same as a house.😊🇨🇦🙋I live in a place that is old, but a roof over me, for $548. Hydro included. But lacking washing machine, fridge, stove, cupboards, bath tub. It still covers me so I am daily greatful. Food costs so much I do not eat meat but for a few days on one chicken. Rest if the time eggs, bread, ramen with spinach, green onion, broccoli and My tea or coffee which is really high cost! As to Living on pension for disability lower level. $1110 total before rent or cell phone of $65 a month. Also kitty my family, her food.🙋🙏 I go to the food bank and am alone no family. Survival is a daily thing but I trust God for my all.❤

Hey❤️ I may not know you personally however I care about you deeply because I know how much you mean to Jesus The King of all creation . I want to tell you that Jesus Christ loves you so much, he died for our sins so that whoever believes in him wouldn’t have to perish in hell but instead have eternal life in heaven. You need to understand that HEAVEN and HELL are 1000% REAL they aren’t imaginary , and hell is a horrible place I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy. God doesn’t want you to end up there he wants you in heaven and so he is giving you a chance to accept the sacrifice of his son Jesus Christ and be saved. Day by Day the world is falling apart because we are literally living in the last days of Earth there is no doubt or debate about it, Jesus Christ is coming faster then you think to bring judgement to the world and to destroy it. This really is URGENT, it’s NOT A JOKE ,Tomorrow isn’t promised to anyone, you can be alive one minute and gone the next, please take this opportunity to be on the side of Mercy confess your sins and wicked ways to Jesus , sincerely REPENT/turn away from them, ask for his forgiveness, and be baptized at a real bible believing church- ask him to enter your heart and to be your Lord and Savior before it is too late , truly believe in him and he WILL do it because it is his promise. It’s important that you seek the righteous and Holy path of the Most high God so that you may inherit eternal life and be spared of Hell fire. You can begin a new life in Christ and have a genuine relationship with him, please repent. Jesus changed my life and he will change yours too🥰, May the Lord be with you eternally💕🙏🏾

@@loptseldr well it may or may not be rude depending on the culture. My New England WASP mother used to yell at me if I took my shoes off in the house. She hated me walking around in my socks. And that was her family’s culture. But the hygiene thing is an issue. You track dirt and heaven knows what else inside if you wear shoes in the house.

Oh, it's nicer than my apartment, and it's for almost the same price lol. Mine doesn't have a washing machine, for example, and the fridge is half of the size of yours because there's no space for a bigger one (the closet is over the fridge, so the closet is also half of the size of yours lol). My department is around 15m2 or less I think, and my solution for the lack of space is to not buy too many things lol. I have just few clothes, few kitchen tools, and for kitchen appliances, I only have the fridge, the burner and a blender lol

(4:21) Your apartment is 'quite old'. How adorable!. But we really do live in different worlds. My apartment building in New Orleans' French Quarter...the Pontalba, is located on Jackson Square. It is a designated national landmark. And it was built...in 1856.Before the American Civil War.... It is the oldest rental building in the entire United States. Now, THAT is old!!!.

I just saw what $380 gets you in my native NYC, a room the size of your bedroom. No bathroom or kitchen and you must share the bathroom and shower down the hall. I moved to japan brought a house for a song. Best move I ever made was leaving NYC for Japan.

You can't compare NYC to a small rural town in Japan though, lol. An apartment in Japan is cheaper than NYC, but it's going to be a lot more expensive than $400.

Wow that’s cheap rent for Japan which is great! 3rd floor, appliances come with apartment, nice view and spacious??? Amazing. In Greece $300 is very close to 300€ which is hard to find an apartment nice looking like this. 300€ is actually expensive here… Me and my sis just got a house with 2 bedrooms, fully furnished, with 370€ … and it’s not even in ground floor… crazy
