Lowered on Eibach Prokit Springs, with Bilstein 4600 rear shocks and shock mounts (load leveling shocks removed).

I had a 2019 ram with the 5.7 in it and yours sound exactly like it. I just did the same thing with my exhaust on my 2022 Durango R/T and it sounds like a clapped out Chevy when I get on it. Did you go with the stock 2.5 diameter pipe or go bigger?

HAHA dang that sucks. I believe its the 2.5" OE size. I want to go full 3" to get more flow, eventually. You had an x-pipe put in place of the center muffler?

What mounts did you use for the bilstein shocks? Did you use the ones for the load leveling shocks or did you get a different mount?

I had to use a replacement mount, believe it was from Dorman.

Any drone? I did a resonator delete and slap a straight Blastin bob straight pipe. Planning to delete the mid muffler and replace it with a X-pipe to get a deeper growl tone, or I will get drone on this build?

It will give some drone. My opinion, if you don’t want noise or drone, leave it stock. Modifying always has its pros/cons. I love it and will probably be doing longtube headers soon.

Hey Wu man I just lowered my srt Durango about a week ago how long do the springs take to settle about ? My front is pretty low but my back is not As low as I would like yours sits perfectly

Hey man, love the content. When you removed the load leveling did you use your suspension dampening ability? I’m trying to find info on this but can’t. I want to go eibach but can’t find out about loosing dampening

Are you talking about the Bilstein shocks versus LL shocks? If so the Bilsteins have no adjustability. It rides just as good as it did before. If you end up taking your LL off let me know, looking for a set for a project I am working on.

@@MK6Guy well so I have a 392 srt and I’m looking at the eibach kit. And they claim I keep my dampering settings but then I want to change out the load leveling so it drops fully. and I’m wondering if that would effect my suspension dampering settings, so track being stiff and touring being soft

How bad is the rub in the rear? Do you think it would still rubbed if it wasn’t lowered?

If it weren’t lowered, it wouldn’t rub. It also wouldn’t rub if I were to get a 35 series sidewall instead. A lot of people do that route, but honestly, the rub isn’t all the time. Its when heavily loaded down, and driving over aggressive bumps.

I did all the exhaust and didn’t take long to get sick of the sound. Now have the Xpipe and 2x 12” bottle resonators and still not satisfied and NO to Borla no thanks

Modifying the exhaust isn’t for everyone. 🤷🏻‍♂️. Going on 2yrs with this setup and I would never change it aside from getting Longtubes down the road.
