Answering your question garage was an expression of how individuals would dance at the Paradise garage club individuals would just let themselves go from within meaning your mind your spirit the sounds would allow you to free yourself and there was also the Warehouse club that was also underground private all the best clubs were private you could not get in without being a member or new someone so I hope I answered ur question mind you I'm going back in 1976

I'd say MaW are probably more famous in England than America also. They were huge late 90s. Top of the pop charts even on occasion. They'd could have sold out Ministry of Sound with a 2000 or so capacity every week.

Well obviously Ricans Rule, and growing up with them i concur, as the only white kid but looked Puerto Rican they had an idea for everything, i mean from a scratch on the car and nail polish back in the early 70s, to dancing a certain foreign track with a certain foreign people's way of dancing to substitute it, then came disco, club, house and freestyle and ofcourse they brought it, the dancing game they brought it, the music game as you see here we are. God Bless Puerto Ricans for not getting the credit they actually deserve for many ideas out there the world utilizes not even with the inclination that Puerto Ricans came up with it and ways to perfect it. GOD BLESS PUERTO RICO AND THEIR ISLAND OF PUERTO RICO.
