I do MANY car mechanical things as I know how they world but I NEVER...EVER fuck with BRAKES or tyres!!! No sirree! 1.5 tonnes of steel going 100kmph and relying on the brakes I repaired?! Fuck-no!! I'd rather have the brake specialists do that shit! The rest I know how to do. Done it for 20 years...zero issues, same with my tech - I have always been a 'tinkerer'. Fixed so many things it surprises people, just today I fixed a broken pen, not tech but still, the girl at my work had no idea heat from your mouth would loosen up the accumulated ink on the ball bearing on the tip of the pen to let it flow again...lol It worked for a short while, then it died, I noticed the seam along the side of this pen was stuck together with clips like on some cheapo phones, so I simply unclipped those, pulled out the old ink cartridge and added a new one from a different pen - good as new. As easy as replacing your spark plugs with 3rd party ones, no need to go to FORD to use FORD plugs or the FORD car you own using FORD mechanics for a simple thing you can do for $60 at home in 45 minutes...lol

The problem of balancing the two is understanding VS also not being counter argued. The more 'tech jargon' he uses, the more qualified he comes off as, at the cost of losing some understanding of the topic at hand. That forces the opposition to use 'tech jargon' too, or they just look dumb and unqualified. On the flip-side if he dumbs it down, then the other party can dumb is down too. So yes, he's understood easier, but at the cost of someone using a little bit of tech jargon or simply just saying 'he's wrong' and really then its up for the person listening to decide who is right. So balancing it for credibility is key, lets just hope he's being listened to regardless.

I assume theres many bills they are doing at once so they need to get peoples sayings in quick and move through each person coming by. Generally they aren't just having people come in for a single bill, just like any other work, things have to be done in a timely matter and the more people that are there to say their piece the less time each person will be alloted.

That aside, there's disclosure agreements every Apple employee have signed. And the data in the storage is all encrypted not even Apple employees know who's data it is without special authorization. Fact that you didn't know about the disclosure agreements, a common practice for businesses, suggest to me you never had a job before. Likely you're a kid using an android, having a negatively biased view on Apple as a company. We get it, you can't afford it. Mommy and daddy doesn't want to buy the iPhone for you because it's too expensive. Doesn't mean you should hate on something because of that.

They'd complain to death about it being problematic, anti-consumer and so-on and fight tooth and nail for consumer rights. You opened my eyes to this. I came across this with apple. I called apple to find where I can get a replacement battery for a NOW vintage macbook since its 2011, they told me they woudnt help me because its outdated. I take it to repair stores and they rell me they coudnt help because apple refuses to rell them where to buy the batteries... This is not right. It hurts the repair people and it hurts the customers who use the machines to do work with like video editing.

Not only that, but you may have 3 different manufacturers making the same part at different price points. Tesla is a bit of an exception. You're kind of stuck with the dealer on those.
