Did I get scammed on eBay? The buyer said the bag was in mint condition. What do you say?

When I tried to insert the photos of the bag completely inverted, iMovie rendered them very blurry. My apologies for that. Also, after watching the video, though the canvas and lining are beautiful, the creasing in the trim does not agree with her statement that she wore the bag only a few times. 😢
