Thank you for making these videos. You point out how well the pattern matches on the bottom of Sully...that is something I've always loved about LV. Could you please show examples or name some where this is no longer a priority for them. It's sad that the quality is going down. It really makes me think twice about purchasing more LV.

Great review! Always enjoy your perspective on your LV bags! I just acquired the Sully pm pre-loved. At first the zipper was very stiff and not fluid on the zipper rail..I can tell it hasn’t been used in a very long time. I found that by applying wax (my lip balm) on the zipper that it helps create a nice softening of the metal zip in order for it to close and open nicely. I’m in love with it and will be using her this year! I’m thinking of also getting the graceful pm in de. Any thoughts on this handbag style? I would love to hear your views on it! Thx so much. I think I'm sold on the delightful however I will get the longer strap for an option. I'm kinda hippy casual. We are going to Vegas at the end of the month. I've already googled and found there are 6 LV stores. I'm hitting them all but am pretty much sold on the delightful. Thanks for confirming it for me. Can you compare the Sully MM to the Portobello PM? I prefer the Damier Ebene. My other consideration is the Totally MM or the Neverfull MM Idylle. Big purchase and don't live near a store, so could use some advice. Need to use for work and play. I am also 5'4". Thanks - love your videos.

Hello again. Love videos and such great presentations. I asked question on delightful vs bloomsbury last week. Now..I have a different question. I decided to not get the bloomsbury. But I loved your presentation on the delightful PM WITH extender. Question is, does the extender also fit the Sully PM and if so, does it drop the same or fit the same? I like the zipper closure of sully but I really want something that can convert into crossbody with extender strap. Would love your opinion.

Hi, your videos are so helpful! I just purchased the Sully MM made in 2015 on ebay and while everything looks authentic from what I have compared and researched online, the bottom of the bag where the canvas comes together at the seam is doesn't seem to have the monograms lining up like yours does. Does this mean that I purchased a fake bag? I'm a little embarrassed to bring this to the LV store to authenticate, so figured I'd ask you first. Please help!!

+Jaycole Smith If the pochette NM size works for you, then the eva or favorite which also keeps you in a lower price point. The Speedy 25B has ALOT more room and increases the budget significantly. If you are open to Damier Graphite or DE and a messenger style, I have been LOVING the District PM. The price point is a bit lower than Speedy B. Personally, I love the idea of carrying the pochette NM as a cross body. I do not own the Sully PM - I was not a fan of the short shoulder strap. JMO Hope this is somewhat helpful.

I sold the Sully because of the wrinkling issue on the handle. LV said it was normal wear and tear and declined to fix the issue. After I sold it, LV redesigned the handle for that very reason. It was a nice bag, dressy and a functional hobo. The redesigned handle makes it more comfortable and more like a Delightful shoulder strap but a bit thicker. I would not rebuy the Sully as it was a bit more difficult to get in/out of because of the length of the handle. I am also more casual and I found that I did not reach for the Sully as much as my other bags. I have nothing major against the bag - I am just happier with the Delightful :) Hope that answers the question.

I did take it in to LV and they claimed it was "normal wear" and declined to do anything about it. That is why I sold it. I am aware of the redesign which is why I was annoyed - they knew there was an issue and declined to do anything about it when I took it in. I have moved on. The Sully is sold and I have no regrets :)

As I mentioned in one of the videos, the handle was a laminated handle with several layers and cuts that allowed the thick handle to bend. LV had problems with the handle wrinkling. I showed this in the video. They redesigned it to be a thinner more flexible handle. :)

Bel the original Sully (like mine) had the very thick handle and had issues with the handle cracking and wrinkling as I predicted in a video. They redesigned the handle to be thinner and more flexible. If you purchase the older model, you might do to LV and see if they will replace the handle. I sold my Sully because of the wrinkling. Later LV redesigned the handle. Hope that helps. As for the Delightful - fantastic hobo! Some people complain of the handle sliding off the shoulder - I did not have an issue with that.

I think because I want a piece that can be hot stamped. do you think that is tacky?im really not a fan of the men's bags or graphite pieces. If you are thinking speedy and specifically want it hot stamped, you might want to check before you purchase as some stores are no longer hot stamping Speedy. Personally, I love the Speedy B 25 😍

Hi! My Sully is 2 years old and I am having the wrinkle issue. The handle wasn't bad until I applied LUv my bags cleaner on it. Now the handle looks so dry and starting to crack by the stitching.Any advice that will help this issue? I don't think lv will replace it.

AmoreHk If you have the original design - the one with the thick handle, you can take it back to LV. They redesigned the handle because of issues with wrinkling and cracking of the thick handle. The LMB had nothing to do with the wrinkling/cracking issue. That was a design flaw. LV should offer to repair the handle for free. If you have the newer design, I would still take it back in and have them take a look.

Delightful. I am a slouchy hobo style gal. I love the casual feel of the Delightful - it works for my lifestyle. The Sully is more dressy (IMO). Personally, I like the ease of access of the Delightful. The Sully is more challenging to get in/out of. JMO. Hope that helps.

Awesome video BJ! I'm officially codependent, lol. Interesting about the strap wrinkling. I'm having the same issue on MU delightful gm and I've used it about 4x, noticed it a week or so after I bought it. Would love to hear an update for that bag if yours is also misbehaving. My issues are mainly the wrinkly handle and wrinkly vachetta that surrounds the opening. Hope you will have time for a video, or perhaps a response. THANKS!!

Personally, I'd go with the Sully over the Neverfull. The Neverfull is more of a tote. It reminds me of a small beachbag. I went and tried the two purses mentioned in this video and liked the Delightful better based off looks. Check out Tivoli. That was a nice one too.
