Thank you for the videos victoria. Just a little suggestion if you could change the photos and make them darker so if you want to watch them before bed at night it's not lighting up the room. So instead of a white background a darker background with the photo of Luis or whatever or a nice photo of nature at night or something and then at the end of the video if you could not talk again it's this nice relaxing music and then a Voice pops up and wakes you up. Just a suggestion to help us stay in that meditative state after the video is over. And thank you for the no commercials. I don't understand these channels that put up meditation videos and then some commercial pops up with some hip hop person selling some superficial product doesn't make any sense on a channel like that. So thank you for the no commercials but if we could have a darker background for the videos and then no talking at the end. You could put on the screen maybe some of your comments or suggestions at the end that would be fine that way it doesn't disturb one's meditative state or sleep. Sorry for the long post voice dictation makes it easy

I love myself more everyday. Thank you so much for sharing Louise’s best videos- I’m always listening to all of her videos in the day and at bedtime- my children sleep with her affirmations on at bed time.
