I still feel like a total newbie and that I need be more natural on camera - the great thing is I've been in biz long enough to know that if I just keep going, it will happen! Yep consistency is definitely key, I've been watching KZbin on a daily basis for like 6 years now, and since I was about 15 years old I remember I had this dream that this is what I wanna do ,I wanted to open a KZbin channel but didn't have the equipment to make the kind of videos I wanted to make, so I worked, got the equipment, and opened my first KZbin channel in my native language (Hebrew) made some successful video's one of them even got 500k views, but somehow that didn't work out , now at age 21 I opened a new channel in English and still chasing the dream :)

Hi, thanks for the information. One quick question, at the end of your description you have added a lot of keywords, does that really work ? Some time back I saw a video saying that just add 3 keywords at the end of the description like, #keyword1 #keyword2 #keyword3 ( I haven't seen this in any of your video descriptions ). Do you have any comments on these two methods ?

I'm starting out and found you need to have 100 subs to create the custom URL explained at 0:58. The channel also needs to be at least 30 days old, have an uploaded photo as a channel icon and have uploaded channel art.
