But the TVA is just connected to the root right in the middle which now has multiple departments now . That's why they knew that aother 68 branches was forming at the end branches are still connected to the main middle which is what tva must now try to restore

He Who Remains is one of the titles used by Immortus, who is also Kang the Conquerer, which is the character that this actor is signed to play in Phase 4 of the MCU.

When Silvie killed "He Who remains" it opened the opportunity for a variant of him to wrest control over the timelines and that variant happened to be "Kang the Conquerer" but here's the key, when Kang took over the timelines, it happened instantly at every point in the timeline at the same time. In essence, Loki returned to the TVA and it was being run by Kang because it NOW has ALWAYS been run by Kang. Only Loki and Silvie remember when it wasn't because they were removed from the timeline at the time and this is what makes Kang such a frightening villian, because every time you defeat Kang, another Kang rises to take his place instantly and has always been there, over, and over, and over, always.... for all time.

S2 should release right before ant man 3 since this show was supposed to lead up to it before covid stopped production and it was decided to just split the one 12 episode season into 2 6 episode ones. Should come out late next year or January 2023 right before AM3.

I think the opening intro is a montage of all the events that had already happened in the MCUniverse so far so that's why the camera view was within the single sacred timeline before exiting to the citadel wide view. That's a reminder that what was about happen in this finale will change the the title from a single Universe to Multiverse.

They wrote this to introduce a variant of Kang so ppl recognize him in the future. But they wrote it to be enjoyable even if you don't know who Kang/Immortus is. Kang is a big character in comics, but not in normal everyday media.

I see that you don't know much about Kang so I'm going to give you an explanation: - His real name is Nathaniel Richards (he is a descendant of Reed Richards / Mr Fantastic), he comes from the 31st century. He got a time machine (created by doctor doom) and traveled to ancient Egypt where he became pharaoh and named himself as "Rama Tut", then he traveled to the 21st century where he fought the avengers for the first time. besides Rama tut there are two more versions of him: - Immortus: An older version of Kang - Iron lad: his young version (member of the young avengers) upon learning that he would become Kang, tried to avoid his destiny, but realized that he could not escape his destiny. - apart from that, he created a city on the outskirts of time called "Chronopolis

My question is, was that Kang or are "He Who Remains" and "Kang the Conquerer" two variants of the same person (I actually think so). Sylvie is a far more tragic a character than Wanda. Wanda ultimately learned to let go of her grief. Sylvie could not let go of her anger and lust for revenge. And we've seen the result.

There is only one TVA which exists out of time. Everything changed because Kang the conqueror already took over. The TVA which exists out of time therefore reset, wiping all the memories of everyone there. For mobius, it's as if he and loki never met.

I think you're on the right track the "What If" series is suppose to be canon to the MCU... This Loki series open the door to the Multiverse and will carry out through many of Marvel content like Thanos did for a decade but now we have Kang variants to deal with.

Well... It was a nice season finale. The Tim Burton's "Planet of the Ape" reference in the final scene was VERYYYYY COOL though Overall, it was a pretty good show: It definitely paved Marvel's phase 4, introduced the next big villain (even though the script didn't give any really solid clues to that), added layers to Loki (even through a love built in less 5 days into the series, and yet, a feeling that ONLY HE HAD) (thankfully, because the couple is terrible), presented interesting characters for the future (Ravonna, Sylvie and Mobius)... Yeah, it was cool! Doctor Strange... Good luck LOLEEEE
