The "best" team in the SEC struggled against Florida's backups and 3rd-stringers. Miami (from the ACC) decimated Florida's starters. That should tell you all you need to know about how these teams stack up. The best team in the Big 10 is a Pac-12 team. And one of the SEC's best teams is a Big 12 team. Your conference does not determine your worth. Coming from a conference with brand and name recognition does not win you football games. That much will be demonstrated in the playoffs this season. Clemson fans need to temper their expectations. You had 2 full seasons of Deshaun Watson, followed almost immediately by 3 full seasons of Trevor Lawrence. Between #15-#20 is where Clemson will most likely be going forward. They aren't world beaters anymore.
