Lou lou and coco looked as though they were about to build a dam lol lifting stones out of the water and placing them on the side. They are both good little swimmers. A lot of narrow streets when driving through the villages but i suppose you are used to that. France is so unique and beautiful.

The water along the shore is just deep enough that LL and CC can walk and sometimes do a little doggy paddle. Its so cute and good exercise. So entertaining when they bring the stones to the side and go back for another. Topping the day off with Fred's beer tasting test is a nice way to end the day. Thank you. Fun to see each day.

Fred is the beer taster for the Netherlands while on vacation with the wife, kids, and dogs! I will be surprised if he does not come home without a beer gut! But at least he and all of you are having a splendid good time. The lake is beautiful. Clear and clean.

Wow another great vid, what a great spot to go swimming water looked so clear and clean. What a beautiful water spot. Clear water over rocks is my kind of place! Thank you, Fred, for describing the area for us. My husband used to brew beer, and belonged to a club of home brewers. It was a big thing in the U.S in the 80s and 90s. IPA stands for India Pale Ale, and if what you had was sweet..YUCK! IPAs tend to be highly hopped (brewed with a lot of hops) and a dry and somewhat bitter taste is the signature style. You probably know this already, but just in case , trying to be helpful.😄 Believe me, I know more about beer than I ever wanted to!! Hope your vacation continues to be sunny and fun, and thanks for sharing. I love seeing Loulou and Coco enjoying their time there, especially around the water!❤❤

I love your Battenburg (I am probably spelling it wrong) lace blouse. Very pretty. Those dogs are just the cutest. The girls are growing so fast and are just beautiful. That water is so clear. Really beautiful place. Cheers to Fred. Shame he didn’t like the beer Petal Luma California is near San Francisco California. Used to be a really nice area. Some of the best food I have ever eaten is in that area. And I live right by New Orleans and people say we have good food here. The vacation looks wonderful. Wish I was there. I see where Europe is having a heat wave and north of London at a small airport there the runway was melting so flights were delayed. Amazing. It'll be 110 degrees in the Sonoran Desert where I live and hotter toward the end of the week. This World, I think, is really suffering a heat wave. Greetings, Eveline! I enjoyed the trip through town looking at the charm of the stone buildings. The cicadas by the opaline lake reminded me of shaking maracas. I’m with Fred. I’d take to the shore and have a cool drink. You and the ladies are very nimble managing those rocks! It amazes me how Loulou and Coco kept fetching and depositing their “treasure rocks.” I have never seen anything like that before! Your dinner looked tasty. Those portion sizes are normal in the U.S. That’s what doggie bags are for :) Fred could do a whole series on foreign beer tastings with funny labels. In Florida, we have plenty of tree frogs, geckos, and assorted colored lizards to send you if you want to film them!

Eveline, please may I ask why are the dogs not wearing a harness whilst they travel in the car? In the event of an accident they could get seriously injured. I always secure mine when we go in the car no matter how short the journey is.
