Love your videos Lou- forgot to tap on like on part A , shall have to go back to tap Like. I'm a newbie to figs- have some unamed cuttings in pots and want to learn before buying named ones- tho I did buy Panache.Due to space my figs need to be in pots. Hoping to buy Celeste and Peter's Honey eventually plus a few others. I'm salivating watching you devour your figs.

Hi, Marilyn! I wouldn't reccomend growing Celeste or Peter's Honey in pots. Iveexplained why in previous videos. I would, however, strongly recommend Ronde De Bordeaux and Smith, then, of course, Italian 258 and Black Madeira, providing that you live in a proper zone. Thanks for watching! Oh I'm an old duck and so wish I'd started decade's ago. It's the early pruning of figs when grown from cuttings that's got me flummoxed. In Perth Western Australia -your zone 10 I think 🤔

Another good video. Have a question about your in ground in bag method. Do you ever get plants coming up from roots left in the ground when you remove the tree for the winter? Thanks
