20:12 "Drop her right back off at the vault."... yeah, replace the second half of that sentence with 'then and there' and you get the Brotherhood from every game except 3, where one of the chapters had fractured between traditionalists and ones who decided to actually use their power to help. Also Max and Lucy are supposed to be younger than they look. Early to mid 20s at most.
