So , this might be unpopular opinion but i actually believe that Lydia was an honest friend . I feel like Lydia was told by the producers to not say anything about Uche and she felt relieved about being able to speak about it. I really do not think she had ill intention. I do believe that she might not have too much of a filter but she was really genuine. I think this situation might have caused a lot of anxiety to her and when she was able to speak about it she just didn’t know how to stop herself. She’s not crazy at all. I think we all need to put ourselves in her shoes just for a minute.

I agree with both of you. Uche is disrespectful to everyone. However, he does seem to have extra smoke for black women. I really dislike him though, he reminds me of an abusive ex. He’s always condescending, holier than thou, spins the narrative till he’s the victim and makes you feel like you should be apologizing. He sprinkles in truths, but omits the ones that don’t fit the story he’s spinning. He minimized his relationship with Lydia to Aaliyah. And yet he’s so concerned about her relationship with Milton. How are you so entangled with “some girl ”you dated for 3 weeks 2 years ago? Aaliyah wasn’t perfect. Running away with no notice when you still want to pursue something was shortsighted. You only ghost people when you plan to go no contact forever. I get that she needed to escape that situation for her own sanity, I would’ve left too. I just would’ve stayed gone, cause when I’m through I’m through. Anyway, thanks for another insightful video!

Could have been saying 3 weeks in a serious monogamous relationship. I don’t think they were a real couple for 2 years. I think she was easy sex and tolerated it because she was hoping he would one day upgrade her to girlfriend. The contestants are required to submit a list of recent relationships. Neither Uche nor Lydia named each other in their entry forms. Why? Must be they both didn’t view as serious but one of them hoped it would be.

I think Uche wasnt attracted to Aaliyah not because shes dark skin but because she has no curves. When you hear the name Aaliyah anyone would assume the person is Black..he knew she was Balck and still chose her as his top 1 I say this also bc when you look at Lydia she is alot curvier and i did some snooping...majority of the girls hes following are bottom heavy and busty.

I must say, I have grown to like this podcast but Terrell’s condescending tone and speaking about Aaliyah this way is un-necessary. Please remember that these people open themselves up to us and offer us a piece of their lives. There is no need for the negative judgement. I don’t believe for one second that he hasn’t had a toxic relationship; or, maybe he was the toxic one? Either way, it comes across bitter to speak about someone the way he spoke about Aaliyah. She doesn’t have to answer anything. She’s not a politician and she didn’t commit a crime. It’s just a show.

I don't know why people are so eager to try and paint Uche as not liking black women when the first person he tried to connect with was fellow Nigerian Miriam until she started giving those sketchy answers. The only ex of his the internet has managed to dig up is a gorgeous black woman with lose curls about Yonni's complexion. When his accusers saw this they switched to calling him a colorist and said he wasn't attracted to Aaliyah because she's dark-skinned. Yesterday Uche finally commented and said his most recent ex is dark-skinned. Terryl is right, people need to stop projecting their worst unproven thoughts and assumptions on Uche because it says more about them than him.
