I think we, as viewers, forget the bubble these people are in and the isolation of their conversations. Sarah didn’t say how she felt during the break up and I think that overwhelmed her. Agree completely. I don't fault Sarah at all. Jeramy was the one engaged and didn't have to entertain it, but Sarah is not wrong for expressing her feelings immediately post the pods. I know several people that do AirBnB rentals. It is a real thing. They basically get apartments in luxury buildings and sublet them for AirBnB. There does have to be some hands-on activity. They have to constantly inspect the property after renters and cleaners. They also go by to replenish amenities between renters.

Though people are scamming with the air bnb rentals, I can say that my cousin and I successfully ran an air bnb business for 2 years without owning a thing. We only lost the apartment because she fell in love and A MAN started making decisions for our business, so I pulled out and the he stole all our furniture lol. But you can do air bnb in popping cities or ones close with no issues or ownership you just need to do proper research.
