The song was written by Vincent Youmans (music) with J. Russel Robinson and George Waggner (lyrics) fod the 1930 United Artists movie "What A Widow", starring Gloria Swanson and Owen Moore. Swanson recorded this song and the one from the flip-side "Say Qui Cherie" for Victor, but it never has been released. Also the movie is considered to be a "lost film".
