Love Is the Experience of the Unity of Being

Are there different types of love? And are there degrees of love that culminate in the love for truth?
Rupert says love is simply the name we give to the unity of the world. When we experience love, what we're actually experiencing is the oneness of reality. Even at the level of ordinary friendship, when we feel love we're feeling the collapse of the sense of separation, the collapse of distance.
And because love is the absence of separation you can never really love a part, because there are no parts in love. If we allow love to become exclusively focused on a person, we are really violating a universal principle. Love can express itself in numerous ways - love of truth, friendship, intimacy. But it's the same unity of being. Love is always love of the one - it's the only love there is.

I feel like we label things "love" that aren't actually love. For me, if there's anything that elicits a strong emotion, I don't jump to calling it love. The guy in the grey sweater discussed how he used to love the world until he "fell in love" with a woman who didn't reciprocate his feelings and he couldn't "feel love" anymore after that until recently. To me, that doesn't sound like actual love. It could have been many other things but not love. Love isn't given or taken. It's always present and surrounding us. The human body is a vehicle for the spirit. I feel like the body can only express and experience a tiny portion of the amount of love that exists in the universe and a lot of the time we mistake other emotions for love. Once we are formless, we experience actual love at 100% but it's quiet and persistent. Not the rollercoaster of emotions we mistake for love while we are in our bodies.

Language distorts meanings. One can deeply become infatuated and it's not the same thing as falling in love. Loving romantically is a conscious activity, not just an emotion. It's a commitment to the loved one and the Beloved is looking from behind the eyes of the lover. Falling in love isn't the same thing as embodying love.

guys i need help… my problem is that I’ve created a very strong sense self protective layer and this has created a very strong hate towards anyone who slightly does or says something which is even a bit indirectly against me.. And I have carried a lot of hate energy because of this and I’m not even able to forgive someone who did something wrong to me in the past even if I want to forgive them.. It’s almost like I hate 95% of the world, I no longer wanna feel this way.. can u all give me some advice 😢😢… btw I’m trying a type of popular forgiving affirmation called h’oppono something like that and it works very well when I say it but once I stop saying it then i get back to the condition as I was before.. should I listen to heart chakra frequencies too? I heard someone say that listening to frequencies can cause our chakras to become even more imbalanced than it was before.. I’m confused 😢😢

Hi! I am far of being awake enough to teach it but 2 things I feel I can tell you : 1- the hoponopono thing, I am not so much into those things because it does not address the real issue. It works if you believe it I guess, but you can only believe it if you saw through the limiting belief that made you unable to forget in the first place. Does this make any sense? 2- If you want to forgive, then you already have in some way, but your mind is coming up with many reasons to make you doubt if you really want to or to convince you that you shouldn't forgive. In short, your willingness to forgive comes from your true self, the rest is only mind. ❤

This will sound counter intuitive, but, you must just process those feelings and recognize thoughts that cfeate them. You can also do a little mental exercise, mentally imagine that all the negative thoughts that you were able to register flew into a trash bin and you mentally delete all the junk from it. You can do that any time and won't cost you a thing. You can also pretend to be a hunter and seek them out, mark them for deletion. Happy hunting!! I'll take my advice too, so you won't be alone in this

You can do hoponopono, heart frequency, whatever gets you going. But when it stops, you have to sit with that forgiveness and look at what's happening with your thoughts, when the hatred starts to come up again. Then you pour energy into that forgiveness and not into the hatred thoughts, gradually integrating it into more and more of your day. Until you can go day to day without hatred thoughts and the feelings that arise from them. It's like weening yourself off of something. Go slow and be patient with yourself. Good luck!❤🎉

Most people are taking worldly love as love.. actually worldly love are ATTACHMENTS NOT LOVE.. That love or Grace is a higher thing.. example the lover and beloved, a disciple love for God.. this love starts with 2 finally it merges becomes ONE WITH GOD.. 2 BECOMES ONE..
