What I also love about this vlog is that, it released the inner hosting skills of Heart. Ms. Astrid and her partner are beautiful artists. Kudos to both of them and to Heart. It's really different when you let an artist work on his/her craft. What's more beautiful here is that interior designers are able to express themselves as well. The way she explained everything in a soothing voice and simple yet sensible words speaks so much volume of her personality. You don't have to raise the tone of your voice to be persuasive, let the context of what you are saying create a change.

Robinsons condo has changed a lot. I remember when their turn over unit didn’t even have a toilet bowl. Maybe that’s why it is mentioned here while to other developers, this is a given na. Not really impressed with the layout but love the interior design. 😊

What a beautiful condo. I like everything except for the curtains. Too many curtains for a small space. It darkens the place, and the atmosphere feels heavier. And when you cook, the smell would stick to the curtains. It would be nicer if the designer used a nice wallpaper or small shelves to brighten the place. Just my 2 cents.

Wow, this came exactly at the right time. I just bought my first apartment. This luxerious way of making the most out of a small space is very nice. One pet peeve is the exposed cables but the overal feeling of the space is gorge!

My partner and I also invested for a condo unit. I agree that it’s really a very good investment and it appreciates over time. Unfortunately, due to pandemic, our budget for renovation got short. 😅 but hopefully, we would be able to full-fill our initial plans. Well, maybe I have mistaken the proportions of the space...but to have a cooking area so close to the curtains which create the bedroom area is not so hygienic...imagine how many times you have to clean them...over and over again...maybe some sliding panels would have been much better in my humble opinion.

Probably so, but watching Heart's lifestyle, she doesn't really cook. It's Chiz who does the cooking. And one thing I noticed with her too was that when she's working with her staff, they mostly have food delivered. Her condo I think is meant as a private workspace especially for doing content photoshoots for her work requirements, and being in Sapphire Bloc where most of her clients/partners (those luxury brands) are located is also very convenient for her. So I doubt if she'll even use her stove.
