Exactly @Latrese Milton. To be an owner of a restaurant, and have zero experience is dangerous. If you don’t know the inner workings of the operation from day to day, at least employee people who do. My husband has worked his was up from being a dishwasher to now a GM in one of best hospitality companies in DC/NYC/Chicago (in my opinion), and his experience in every facet of working in FOH and BOH, allows him to be a better leader that his staff needs him to be. If he decided to go forward and open his own restaurant one day, he could do it with his eyes closed, and know the type of leaders to choose to keep his business afloat should he want to take a step back. THAT’S what Tisha and Marsau are missing. Gotta put in work in that industry so that you know exactly what’s required from the bottom to the top.

And who could forget his insistence that she retire? Hmmmm 🤔 I'm really seeing Maurice for his works now! Its pretty obvious to me that Kimmie was a rebound (not side chick; she's too classy and mature for that) that served the purpose of making his ex jealous, keeping his bed warm, a nanny for his son so he can punish his ex, and makes him look good because of her status, beauty and reputation as a woman .
