My sister works 20 hours daily. Job from morning z6 to evening 6. one acre garden, very big house with 7 bedrooms no servent, very big family parties. She cooks food for 30 people twice in a month. She has 3 children. Her age 56 now. This is her secret of fitness. No time to do extra exercise.
