best power metal band in 20 years, I have all 3 of their albums now and am in HEAVEN...it's Judas meets Maiden and had a big bashing baby! AND they sing in 100% English. They now have a Live double album out and are already finishing ANOTHER studio album out by the end of 2019...they are PROLIFIC rockers.

New album is out in Japan and western territories outside of UK and associated places (c/o Nuclear Blast) , but the UK release (on JPURecords) is in January 2019. In Japan they have a special edition with a full concert on DVD / Blu-Ray as well.

Saw them at the O2 Academy in November and they were awesome. You really need to see them live to get the full effect. Oh and yes Mi-Ya is gorgeous.

i think you are thinking of Mary's Blood guitarist Saki with the cleavage shots not Lovebites. I want to say the Burning Blaze video does that which is one of the older videos of theirs I dont think they concentrate on her cleavage so much in other videos.

It certainly had that epic sound, but the song was a bit run of the mill. The guitar solos, clocking in at 56 seconds, was a saving grace.

Good song and the obvious single from the album, but ”Clockwork Immortality ” has better songs than this I my opinion. The album is out already in the EU ( I already got it from iTunes Greece ) and Japan. Their debut album its a little better but this album also is a worthy successor in my opinion.

I got the album at the weekend and totally agree. Rising isn't as good as some of the others. MDO would've been my choice for a lead track.

There is a record label in the UK that try and sign a lot of Japanese bands called JPU records who are releasing the new Lovebites album in January, that's why you may have mixed the dates up. Mind you JPU do miss a few things. In 2013 they were in Japan trying to sign 2 bands and had got the one and were trying hard to get the other. In a meeting that happened between signing the 2 bands they were offered Babymetal, which they turned down, because it wasn't the band they were after and did't think the time was right for them. The very next year Babymetal exploded on the the world metal scene. Talk about missed chances.

THEY are killer. Hoping to get to Japan this coming year and see them live as I expect (hope?) to stay in Japan for a few months.Yeah business for music in Japan has NO idea how to market in the West and refuse to take any advice.

Shit! I don't feel it. The music is solid and tight, but unfortunately I can't feel it. I miss soul in it. I don't know how to explain it another way. The solo I did like though.
