For this recipe, you will need:
🔸 Ingredients:
- 1 Avocado, thinly sliced
- 3 Perilla Leaves
- Salmon Roe, as garnish
🔸 Seasoned Cucumber:
- 9 ¼ oz Cucumber, sliced
- ¼ tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Kelp Water, soaked in water overnight
- ½ tsp Soy Sauce
- ¼ tbsp Vinegar
- ½ tbsp Honey
🔸 Sushi Rice:
- 30 oz Cooked Rice
- 5 tbsp Sushi Vinegar
🔸 Poke:
- 0.8 lb Salmon, diced
- 0.5 lb Tuna, diced
- 4 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tsp Yuzu Juice
- 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Wasabi
- Dill, chopped
- ¼ oz Chives, chopped
- ¼ tsp Truffle Oil
🔸 Crab Stick Salad:
- 200 g Crab Sticks
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
🔸Garnish:
- Chives, chopped
- Furikake
