Hi Jack, Have you considered getting some shirts made with your logo on them? That would be another good way to advertise... Pretty good floorplan. I would keep the three car garage and maybe turn the study into another bedroom if needed. Nice to see the double sinks in shared bathroom and the zero threshold shower. Nice to see the covered patio is included in base price.a jacuzzi would be perfect vs a pool. My only concern would be lack of cabinets in kitchen. Like the extra fridge in laundry room. All in all a nice model in the better part of the city....thanks Jack.
