It's basically the La Bella Donna dolman, just with a neckband. :) ~J

Great question. It's the same thing. Dolman is the formal term for grown on sleeves. ~K

How can a make a bicep adjustment to a dolman sleeve? They are tight on me.

Hi Verna. The easiest way to increase the circumference of a dolman sleeve is to grade to a bigger size. You can grade from around that underarm curve area to a larger size instead. Hope that helps! ~K

There are lots of factors to consider here - especially depending on your specific fitting situation as well as the pattern.
