No, unfortunately there are no official English color Tamas =/ (there is one you can patch to have it in English, but no patch for the Sanrio) Hopefully someday! But there are lots of guides online for people who don't speak Japanese!

Hey, how do you meet another Tama on the tamagstchi ON? I need to have a baby before my memetchi dies because I don't want to have to reset it. Please, I can't find any videos on it.

Don't worry; your Memetchi will continue to live as long as you take care of it. To meet characters in the On, simply visit locations and go to the park/plaza area (will be the top option in a location); its the same process as the Mix.
