Good video but if you don't weigh yourself how do we know if it works? Isn't that the whole point?

Muscle is heavier than fat so weighing oneself can often be misleading - that's just something that I've retained as smart thinking .. calorie counting can lead to health problems imo

I thought about doing this a few years ago. I bought a bunch of special k products. And I only lasted a few days. My boyfriend told me his ex girlfriend did this diet plan for two weeks and she lost about 10 pounds. So I am kinda hoping for the same results. So I plan to maybe try this again this week.

Interesting - Right I'm 48 and battling my waistline I don't drink any alcohol and I've cut my sugar in the last week but treated myself to a box of those Teacakes (Tunnocks) yesterday. I'm a lot like you I don't weigh myself even though I have a new set of scales (bought for me) I think it's more about how you feel - Right I'm getting Special K from Iceland on the way back from going to Hockley (Plumberow Mount and then driving to Rayleigh Mount these are steep hill walks I do daily which I will start vlogging) I see this is a 2017 Vlog upload so any tips you've learned since then I'll be grateful Cheers ! :) Gawd bless ya

What a boring diet. Thanks, but I’ll just stick to my intermittent fasting routine and enjoy whatever I eat provided I don’t go overboard with my junk food habit.

Yeah I don’t know why people are saying it makes you gain weight cuz it has a lot of fiber which helps make you go poo which in then you lose weight lol
