Day 1 Breakfast: 2 boiled egg, vitamins, sweet potato, soy milk Lunch: chiken breast, sweet potato,broccli Dinner: chiken breast, sweet potato Day2 Breakfast 2 slice of brwad, one sweet potato, one apple Lunch: sweet potato, chiken breast salad, one banana Dinner: skipped Day 3 Breakfaat: sweet potato, chiken breast, soy milk Lunch: brown rice, korean soup(zuccini, green and white onion, potato, spicyes, kimchi Dinner: one banana , chiken breast Day 4 Breakfast:chiken breast, one apple, mulivatamins, soy milk Lunch:sweet potato, chiken breast Dinner:cherry tomatoes, chiken breast Day 5 Breakfast: brown rice, seaweed soup Lunch: 2 chiken breast, salad, sweet potato Dinner:skipped (or can use one chiken breazt in lunch, one for dinner +salad) Day 6 Breakfast: chiken breast, 2 banana, broccli, multivatamins Lunch: bean sprouds, kimcci, brown rice Dinner:chiken ceazar salad Day 7 Breakfast:apple, chiken breast, broccli, multivatamins Lunch: salad with peanut butter souce, chiken breast, sweet potato Dinner: 5 boiled egg whites Good luck!

day 5 is ridiculously low however id say that for day3 it’s not too bad since thats normal for calorie deficit diets

I think it's just culture, in keto dieting starch foods like potatoes and rice would not work, but, because she may be used to all of this she made it healthier and helped her loose weight.

I find that eating a lot of low calorie dense foods helps to lose weight because the food keeps you full longer. Good video tho

The amount you eat is the reason you will feel tired and unmotivated, I agree with Julia. You are already beautiful and skinny, you should have labeled this a little differently than calling yourself basically "fat" which you are not! The toxic culture we live in is quite sad. LIVE YOUR LIFE!

Thanks for your concern! But trust me I never thought I was fat haha I felt bloated and I felt fatter than before (because I did gain some weight), but no worries, I don’t go on diets because I’m fat. i do it because I have my own personal goals (healthy ones!)

No you ARE allowed to call yourself fat. I’ve seen many people that are fat. And before you attack me, FAT does not = UGLY. That’s what people need to understand. Being fat is just a body type. Skinny is a body type too. It’s just that people prefer skinny type. But as I wrote before, fat doesn’t mean you’re ugly. Ugly and fat do not relate in any way.

@@jelena9leca low carb?? Lol it’s literally sweet potato with every meal, and she had rice too. Did you know that sweet potatoes are carbs. Don’t be dumb no offence. Honestly didn’t see anything wrong with the diet except that it looks a little bland. Could use with some seasoning

What helped my extreme bloating was fixing my digestive system(not being underweight),stop starving myself,and building up my tolerance to foods i used to have a hard time digesting. I also now drink raw milk which i can tolerate. And of course probiotics and I had temporarily had digestive enzymes. Hums is best in my opinion! I also consume organic grassfed beef geletan!!!!!

How do you cook your sweet potatoes?? I see you wrap it whole, in parchment paper, and then you easily take it out of the skin, onto your plate. Do you microwave the sweet potatoes just plain whole like that after washing? No poked holes in it, no steaming?

poke holes in the sweet potato after washing, wrap in parchment paper and then you can microwave for 6-7 minutes! it works great

Hey guys, I am going to preface this by saying that I I not a doctor/nutritionist/etc, and my advice is based off of my own experience and scattered research. Everyone's body is different, so my advice will not be 100% accurate. My advice if you want to make this diet semi-sustainable, is to: 1. Add more calories -this diet has a large calorie deficit that is definitely not healthy to sustain over a large period of time. I suggest adding calories with healthy fats (egg yolks, avocado, nuts, yogurt), protein (especially if you are growing and/or building muscle), and some carbohydrates (yes! Your body wants carbs). 2. Add variety. Look for alternatives that have similar nutritional value, and different taste. It is very hard to eat the same thing over and over. 3. Allow yourself to deviate from the diet sometimes. If you are worried that you will "let yourself go", write down what you eat in a food journal. 4. Don't focus too much on numbers. What matters is how you are feeling. If you feel like you need to eat more, best bet is that you should.

I got hungry watching you eat. I had a pear while you ate your chicken patties. Ive been watching Korean cooking channels. They eat with wood spoons. Is that a tradition in Korea. You lost 5 pounds! Thats a lot for your size.

Yeah! It was a lot for my size! I was happy with how I felt as well, super clean and light :) Yeah, koreans do use wooden spoons but kore traditionally, we use metal utensils :)

It's not "natural" in the sense that some people are born with it and keep it off all the time. It is all about our eating habits. She works out and diets and eats good food. The moment when we accept responsibility for our weight, is the moment we can change it. I am sharing this advice with you because it's what it's been working for me. Taking responsibility for my food and actions. Her bloated weight is my ideal weight btw :)

I fell into an ed. I didnt know I had an ed until my docter said so. Now I wanna get back to exercising and making my own meals. Ive started learning Korean for weeks so I'll try a Korean diet to show my love for Korea. This is very helpful. Thank you for the vid.

This is hardly Korean food. it’s a fad diet and part of a dangerous ED myth sweet potatoes and chicken breast are a “safe food”. I hope you get a chance to explore Korean culture. Their food is really yummy! wish you the best on your journey.

This is basically a pro Ana diet. This is not normal eating, dear. Even in Korea! You might need to go back to the doctor and ask for a psychiatrist to prescribe certain meds that will help your mindset. It's best to stop undereating asap. Blessings.

If you have an ED, the last thing you should do is follow another diet... You should try to heal your relationship with food first. A diet means restricting, which will fuel your ED! I am talking from experience. I am trying to recover and trust me, eating enough and fueling your body properly will give you so much more energy and happiness compared to starvation diets.

you are skinny girl!! maybe try weight training if you aren’t happy, building lean muscle takes away our body fat without having these crazy restrictions:) i recommend you to research resistance training and the term “skinny fat” and how to get rid of it, although you do not have a lot of fat on you at all! you’re perfect and doing first like this are never sustainable, as you already know in your comment. you cant go wrong with resistance training

Hi, I'm a nutrition student. and although I know that your video is a diet meal plan, the diet you did has a lot of carbohydrates and very little protein. If what you want is to lose fat, you should eat more protein than carbohydrates, so you take care of your muscles. Good video ♡♡♡

I don’t eat meat/chicken neither do I eat tofu (don’t like the texture) so I don’t know if eggs will be enough and I don’t have Instagram to really see what this diet suggests I eat🤦🏽‍♀️. Someone help

Beans are good for protein and if you are pescatarian you can eat fish and shrimp! Shrimps are really low on fat and high in protein! But they are also high in cholesterol, so only substitute some of the chicken with shrimp. White fish are a good option :)

@@satanlovesu Noo i'm vegeterian for like 2/3 years now and i never cooked anything before and now i feel like a freaking Chef haha. I guess it depends on the food you eat because i literally never crave meat because of the delicious food i eat (sorry if my grammar is bad i'm from germany)

On this diet, if I opted for Soy Milk (I’m currently on this diet thanks to your inspiration) I know I can’t snack or anything during the day but what if I drank a glass of soy milk to curb appetite since I can’t have soda or sugary drinks

Drink some chamomile tea. It should supress it and its good/beneficial for the stomach as well.

This video is very helpful for me, though I was SHOOK when you said you were ful lol... All of our bodies are different so of course I understand, but tbh I eat a lot more hehe... Also, you should use wood or a strong plastic in your pans so you don't scrape the coating off!! Thank you for the great video! ;3

i noticed too, dark circles under the eyes can happen for many reasons, a long ago when I had a bad diet habit and was starving myself my doctor said it was caused by anemia, idk if this is the case

@@notyxn i actually always had bad dark circles, i feel like it is kind of a generic thing. And I was literally the BUSIEST when I was filming this with shootings and all, so I think that affected it a lot 😭

@@notyxn yea most likely, anemia is genetic in my family and i’ve always had dark circles even with a healthy sleep cycle and being hydrated, but i did notice the more iron filled foods i ate, my dark circles would fade a little the next day

@@EchelonPandora that isn't true because cholesterol isn't really a problem in people who are active, not obese and, well, young. It's also said that food only has a small impact on ones cholesterol. When your parents had problems with high cholesterol, you most likely do too. Means, ready your yolk. The benefit outshines the rest.

There's good cholesterol and bad cholesterol; healthy cholesterol is the type found in eggs. We NEED cholesterol; it's what keeps the stability of our plasma cell membranes together. With insufficient cholesterol, our cell membranes become weak and lead to poor absorption of nutrients.
