Great advice! 1. Embrace your empowerment - you are the prize. He needs to impress you. You are the chooser. 2. Easy to approach and hard to attain. Be welcoming, smile, be fun, but then if he takes you out then create space. 3. Don’t be easily impressed. Be polite with a bit of indifference. You view yourself on the same level. Find something in his character that is special. 4. Be fun… optimistic, and good energy for the first few dates. Appreciate their sense of humor. 5. Showing genuine interest in his life. Find out the way he thinks. Ask better questions… 6. Maintain your independence. The right guy wants to share your life. 7. Maintain the mystery. Pace what you tell him… don’t over share. Maybe I will tell you if you make to the 3rd or 4th date. Share things that show a wide range of who you are.

Can you tell me how to determine whether a guy is just spending time with you for a superficial, uncommitted "Disneyland " experience or whether he's ready to get serious, be committed and treat the relationship like a "business "??? Us women think guys are keen if there's any sort of heart connection and we get easily tricked by men. (Matthew Hussey"s wife brought up this issue but Matt didn't really address it, instead explained it as guys thinking of a woman as a Disneyland experience vs Building a business)

I never ask, what do you do? When my dates have tried to just try to “ impress” me with the material things, I very politely turn it around... I heard many times how refreshing and easy the date was… My issue is, I admit, I feel like a therapist, I need to work on changing this energy 🙄
