I read every night before I turn my light off to relax me and get ready to sleep. I have done it every night for 10 years and it’s worked so well so far!

I absolutely HAVE to brush my teeth or I cant fall asleep. I also HAVE to pray and read because it is very calming. I dont do it every night, but my Fitbit has a relax activity on it that helps me control my breathing and help me calm my muscles.

I'm going to try that roller! Just an opinion, after wetting your hair, just dab your hair with the towel instead of rubbing it with the towel. Someone pointed that out to me once. Rubbing with a towel roughens up the hair cuticle and you get more frizz. It makes a difference.

I always multi-task also! I do squats and calf raises while brushing my teeth. I need to add in the hip flexor stretch. ...and I have a full face care ritual I go through every night.

i love your videos i also struggle with hypothyroidism and thats how i found your channel one day i went to the doctor and had a rough time threw with my theyroid and i looked on youtube and i know feel and know that im not the nly one with hypotheyroidism keep up the great work keep moving forward

I loved this video! I eat very similar to you and try to meal prep all that I can or be mentally prepared to cook what I need to! So, I am seeing a naturopath and she is having me on supplements. Wondering the differences between what you are taking, meds vs supplements? Have you tried going more natural, if so, did it work? I only found out recently I have hypothyroidism because I finally saw a naturopath. So, Im wondering the differences. Or if anyone else has tried both and know the differences? Do you recommend an endocrine doctor over a naturopath? (obvi one is covered by insurance but apart from that, any other difference?)

I def take hypo meds because thyroid issues are more severe. However, I believe supplements are also a great boost and helpful as well. I go to both a western medicine doc and a naturopath.

My night routine is always changing, but I try to keep it the same for some time & then I might change it again qwq I do my skincare every night, especially my eyes and that I have eczema as well :( I use the E 45 cream every day to soften my hands, also when I get up in the morning too(on my face, neck etc. Even after a shower too) after using a Simple cleanse wash cream too :) Plus, I always need to have water in my room, cause my throat dries too easily sometimes, especially at night :^ This a long comment lol ^^

This is such a fun video!! Loved it! I am also on the non-alcoholic journey for the month of January and I've been actually loving it! I haven't tried Ritual so I will have to give it a try! I have the same freakin issue with my hair as well..super dry...get in all the oils!! LOL!! #hypo I also use the Olapex Shampoo & Conditioner and it's so amazing. I love your hypo potion that you use on your roller at night! I created an essential oils blend and put in diffuser right by my bed too! Helps so much at night. I also really enjoyed how you mentioned that the skin we need to take care of is not only on our face. I started focusing on my décolletage area last year and it's made a huge difference so far!
