I love the idea of romanticizing your habits and daily tasks ... That definitely makes the mundane feel more special. I agree completely that 30 minutes is all it takes to feel great and make changes. I'm on my journey now, started October 1st and definitely feel stronger now than I do day one. Btw your routine videos are everything to me, routine has definitely sculpted not only my body but my day and more. It's fantastic. I am new here- and am enjoying seeing your routines and eats! I am going to incorporate the acv int he morning, as well as the carb pyramid. Great ideas! I am post-menopausal, and my husband came in and saw you on the screen and said- "she is younger than most of the people you watch on youtube."- lol. I am needing to lose menopausal weight and get in better shape- you are an inspiration. :)

Man! I am ready for when there is sunshine at 6:15 again! I'm a good 1.5 hours into my day before the sun rises around 7:25 right now! But! We are just 2 days away from when the days start lengthening again!! First thing I do in the a.m. is snuggle with my pup in bed and then do a few stretches before I sit up. Working out all the clicks and ticks gets me ready to roll!

Also, the tongue scraping to get rid of toxins was great too. I would love to see a video from you more on how you healed your hashimoto's. Did you have to heal your gut? Did you have a lot of health issues to fix? Like, achey knees and joints, high inflammation, food sensitivities, skin rashes ect. I feel overwhelmed by it all and. Frustrated. You have a great way of explaining things in your videos that seem to really help simplify it and I would really ❤️ love to see a video like this from you 😊

it's so interesting to me because you used to wake up and go straight to your coffee but now you are doing a lot before you even have your coffee. I love my coffee time in the morning but lately, I've been feeling like it slows me down a little and makes me procrastinate starting my day. I love seeing I love seeing all the new things you're doing!

I just found you and you are such an inspiration and support. You have the same thought process as I do. I have not been diagnosed with Hypothyroid but I know I have it. I have a apt 01/23/2024. I am doing some proactive things. I have been on Ozembic and lost NOTHING. I am having all the symptoms of Hyperthyroid. I don't trust Dr's always but I do know my body. You make this so simple when others make it complicated. Thank you for all you do.

Omg your winters are so bright . ?living in Ireland its dark wet and windy so morning sunshine is a no. Iv suffered depression 25 years so suffer sever SAD ! So I rellyunderstanf the benefit of sunshine . I always have healthy habits androutibez they are a must for keeping my head above water . so do a lot of these myself. Thankyou

I always love your morning and night routines! They inspire me so much 😊 also J have mugs I rotate person/ some holiday ones. It definitely helps my mornings feel special. I have mugs with trees or ones with a snowman. I keep those out all winter cause they are not tied to just Christmas .

Your morning looks so calm! My kids are my alarm clock at 6:30am every morning. But I do the healthy habits with them around. It’s just not as calm lol
