I think from the comments section I understand it better now. So, I would have to keep it in the bowl with the salt and everything for 3-7 days depending on the temperature before I package and keep in the fridge. you are so wonderful, and I love your channel. Thanks so much. Now after taking it out can I use the same sauce to soak others, or it would go bad?

Amen to the quotation. I call it same"preko ntwere3"🤣. Cutting of the tip of the foot and washing it thoroughly is awesome. I love the incorporated species. I love both Mama Lovy Mama.

Hello dear sorry for the late response, please it can be cured at room temperature for 3-5 days depending on how hot the weather is .. the hotter the lesser time to cure ... and you can as well cure it in the fridge for 5-7 days afterwards you will need to store them up in the freezer ❤️ thanks a lot for watching
