Awesome video my friend! I’m one of the least mechanically inclined ppl on the planet lol and I was even able to replace the low beam in my girlfriends car… when the guy at Walmart told us “we can do it but… there’s a 5 hour wait.” You’re a life saver!!!

Nice video. I'm changing mine with LEDs though, my original halogen low beams are too dim. Getting ready for a cross country trip so I just ordered some h11b LEDs designed for 2009 elantra off amazon.

I had one with the clip that I didn't get back in correctly and shorted out against the wire. Melted all kinds of wire.

Thanks, but... When twisting in the new bulb, the connector that the bulbs terminals twist into broke. It seemed brittle from heat, maybe. Anyway, what do I replace, the entire headlamp assembly? Or can the female connector be purchased separately? Any help will be appreciated.

Call dealership for that info. Never had to replace that piece. Never have broken one.

I bought those exact low beam replacement bulbs and couldn’t figure out why they looked so different that the old ones I removed from the car. It turns out that I removed the high beams thinking they were the low beams. 🤔😮😂

You either have a different model vehicle or something is wrong. Have a tech look at it if you’re not sure what your doing. Save yourself some aggravation.
