Low and Slow No Wrap Ribs on the Pro 22! Membrane vs No Membrane Debate!

Tried a new cook method. The No Wrap Ribs cook. No wrapping the ribs up, just a nice low and slow cook. They turned out great. Out of curiosity I also did a test. One rack of ribs the membrane was removed. The other rack of ribs, it was left on intact. I wanted to see if there was any real big difference between them. Let’s find out! Next time you do a this vs that - use the same rub on both methods. Otherwise it's this and this vs that and that. Also, rub the membrane side - whether you keep, score or pull it. Put something on there. Other than that - keep doing what YOU like my man. Both look good

I think that was the whole point. As long as it taste great, membrane or no membrane really doesn’t matter. As long as you and the people you cook for are happy then it’s a success.
