@L.A'S CLASSICS -_- as with everything in life it's all in moderation, drinking too much water can kill you dude. Homemade food like this is far better for you than what you get ready and easy at chain restaurants. Also meat in general is very nutrient rich per pound compared to other food groups. He says "baby, your ribs are better than mine" This is was my very 1st time grilling ribs and only my 2nd time grilling myself. I made these ribs, only deviation was French's Spicy Brown Mustard as I was out of traditional yellow mustard, created my own rub and all 8 folks who ate said the ribs were amazing! Thanks AB for guiding me on how to prepare them before Q'ing them that was advise I can use and apply for the rest of my life. Appreciate you!

Mustard is the perfect complement to pork… It contains vinegar, It helps keep the moisture inside of the meat, and it really brings out the flavor of your rub. Smoke also really adheres to it as well.
