yeah thats flexion too, sometimes those who are flexion intolerant that can bring out the pain too. So someone who lifts that is a great way to assess it. If they brace and maybe reduce the depth and makes the pain better means we already could change it with some good coaching cueues, but of course does matter what position they spend their time in outside the gym.
