Has there ever been the risk reward for lower body exercises video? I can’t seem to find it

What I want to know is when starting a core program in the first phase stabilization should we focus on our new client being able to perform the low end of the rep range or aim towards 20 reps. I believe for first phase it's like 12 to 25 for reps. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
