One thing I forgot to say. Sir one and half years back I had disc Bulge issue and had MRI done. Doctor said to get operated. But at that time I saw your video and got some physio therepy. By God's grace till now I have on issue doing excercise. 🙏🙏🙏 Your videos helped me a lot
