Bhai agar pain hai to exercise mat karo. Dabai kha lo yah rest injection jo bhi karna hai karke pehle dard ko kam karo. Uske baad exercise karna. Zyada faida hoga

dr sahab meri L5S1 ki microdecmentry surgery howi hai before 3 months, 2 month bulkul set tha, 3 km daily walk ker rha tha, lkn 1 month sey hip or back pain hai. standing position men kafi pain ho jata hai dr khetey hein muscles men akrao hai. koi kheta hai muscles weak ho gaey hein. koi bed rest or koi dr hard work ka kheta hai. men kiya karon. advice pls?

It is seem that u have ur MRI report ....first of all acc. To u ,,ur LCL is damaged,,,so it will b hard for ur knee to be possible for all movements.....and don't worry. ..ligament tear heal is possible with physical therapy,,,for this watch u tube vdoes or contact dr.varun wasil.... And the next thing u have to weight loss,,,,,don't think about that,,as it will required the use of knee all good its movements,,,,so give time to recover it,,, primarily Good luck🤟
