Have L4L5 ddd herniation but the pain goes to my hip not to the leg. After 6 years having the pain, seeing minimum 20 different drs still I don't really know what causes the pain. DDD, herniation, slipped vertebra, facet joint, SI, sacrum or weak muscles on the left side.
