This appears to be exactly the source of my pain. I'm 65, retired and love to golf. Unfortunately & apparently, my playing and/or practicing 5-6 days a week may have triggered the discomfort I am having. So severe in fact, I had a difficult time walking for a couple of days. My question is, how many reps of these stretches do you recommend? Thanks in advance. New sub for you.

Love your videos. Especially this one as I have that pain right now. Thanks for what you do. I do have a friendly photography suggestion though. It all depends on what muscle you are speaking of:) the piriformis is one to be careful of because of where the nerve lies. Not all nerves will be irritated by working the soft tissue:

Hello Dr. Ennis . Thank you for your video's . They seem interesting , and i am going to try some excercises . I have back-pain due to a hernia , but i don't want an operation . My dokter says that a spine is like a tent . If it is under tension it is stronger , meaning its muscles must be strong . Strangely i can still do jogging a bit (age 56) and my back feels a bit better then . Can i ask : for losing weight too , is it better to jog in the early morning , or does the time of day not matter ? Thank you very much . Erwin , Belgium .
