Sir, अधिक वजन उठाने में बाद से , मेरे कमर में राइट साइड में बहुत दर्द होता है कमर को ऊपर से दबाने पर कोई दर्द महसूस nhi hota है। और ना ही पैरो में दर्द होता। लेकिन जब आगे की ओर झुकता है और आगे की ओर पैर सीधे करके बैठता हु तो कमर में राइट साइड में बहुत दर्द होता है मैं एक धावक हू और कमर की सारी excersice करता हूं लेकिन कोई फर्क नहीं हुआ😢😢😢। क्या करु suggest me सुबह सुबह कमर ज्यादा दर्द के होने कारण मैदान नही जा पाता है

Doctor, mein 68 years old person. 1974 mein meri Kamar L4-L5 Slip Disc Bulge ho gaya tha. Me 5 Saal se bed par hun, 10 minutes se jyada baith nahin sakta. Exercise karne se pain badh jata hai.
