A couple tips for your recipe; if you crush, chop or mince the garlic 10 minutes ahead you’ll get the benefits of garlic. During this time the maximum Allicin is created and stays intact during cooking. Also the TJ’s almond beverage has way too many fillers (check the ingredient list). Why not try a cleaner almond milk like Three Trees or Elmhurst that’s just almonds or even coconut milk from Trader Joe’s that is just coconut and water, again no fillers. Going to try your recipe with cleaner ingredients- thanks for the inspiration!

Honestly, I feel like if you're going to put healthy in the recipe name that you should put the macros on there as well. How do we know for a fact This is healthy or fits our diet..
