I've been doing your workouts over 4 years now and still going at it. At 68 years old, I do struggle with the 8lb. weights and some of your FIT workouts, but I keep at it slow and sure. Many thanks through the years. BTW, my arms look pretty darn good thanks to your guidance.

I love the armed portion of this workout but I noticed the timer was running out of time and still no abs. Then it looks like you added some time on to this video so the time for this video is very deceiving and it's going to make me a little late for work. I love your workouts but this one was not the best for abs

@annie taylor murtagh Those weights look just like my aunts weights hers are 10 pounds too but I'm looking to tones my arms I'm on the heavier side like I'm plus size so my arms are already chubby big I don't Want to look bulky with these weights so how many reps would u recommend with how many sets or do I just follow ur video please and thank you
