Make these low calorie cinnamon rolls and enjoy them as your low calorie snack or low calorie dessert. These low calorie cinnamon rolls contain only 23 calories per piece.
Ingredients:
Oat flour or all purpose flour: 8 tbsp
Baking powder: 1/2 tsp
Melted butter: 2 tsp
Low fat milk: 5-7 tbsp
Zero calorie sugar: as requires
Cinnamon powder: as required
This recipes makes exactly 12 mini cinnamon rolls.

A regular cinnamon rolls that we eat is about 280 calories!
Low calorie glaze recipe:
Zero calorie sugar: 3 tbsp
low fat milk: 1 tbsp
Melted butter (optional): 1/2 tsp
Mix well and drizzle over the rolls.
They're small and won't be as fluffy but that can be ignored if you can eat cinnamon rolls while being on a low calorie diet.
