It is another important tool to stay slim...and fit..resistance training/strength training. Also h.i.i.t, fewer meals, less sugar, less processesd, addictive foods, lower stress, stay active and productive, get good sleep, some sunlight. Also, let body get rest and recover. * Have good relationships. Hormones are very powerful...impacted by food, stress, sleep, etc

Another great chat! I must admit I didn't know that insulin in excess could be toxic (besides causing hypoglycemia). Also nice to think of muscle as a glucose sponge. And she reminded me I ought to be taking the creatine I put up on a shelf and forgot about. One question I did have was what she thought about fish oil pills vs. algae pills?
